Day 27

I got out of having my fluids on Monday night, but not tonight! Jenny stopped by Red Maples vet clinic after work to pick up some more cans of k/d food for me, and she also got some finer-gauge needles – Monoject 20’s (instead of 18’s). The tech also threw in one 22-gauge to try (the smaller needles hurt less going in but take longer to deliver the fluids).

So James tried a 20-gauge needle, and it worked pretty well. I only tried to run away once, although I kind of growled the whole time, to make sure they knew I didn’t like it! I also made a solid poop tonight instead of just diarrhea – hooray!
